Company Leadership Team – Board

Tubular Rail currently has a four-person Board, which will be expanded to
include representatives of future Investor(s).
Robert C. Pulliam, Chairman of
the Board and President
Until completion of the engineering studies and testing phases, Company
founder Robert C. Pulliam, will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board
and President. He has an educational background in Urban Planning and
Economics. However, most of his career has been spent in transportation
services fields. Past experience includes Operations Supervisor of an
experimental reverse osmosis system for hazardous waste treatment in the
petrochemical industry. He will be assisted by his Board of Directors and
Advisory Boards.
Karen A. Barrett, Secretary
Board Secretary Karen A. Barrett is a retired business attorney. She
initially assisted in the formation of the corporation, primarily legal
work, and - until the retention of corporate counsel - maintained the
Company's share records.
Frank
Sonzala, Member at Large
Director Frank Sonzala is a graduate of Gannon University with a degree in
Business. He worked at General Electric in many facets of the business and
has successfully guided three startup companies to profitability. The
latest, Pressure Systems International, started in 1994 and now is the world
leader in automatic tire inflation.
Ted Prince, Member at Large
Director Theodore Prince has 28 years experience in the surface
transportation industry and is an internationally recognized expert on
intermodal freight. He has a BS in economics (Wharton) and MS in
Transportation (Engineering) both from the University of Pennsylvania. He
most currently was a Vice President at Kansas City Southern.
Board of Advisors
The Company has assembled an informal group of helpful, prestigious, and
sophisticated advisors. With a triggering investment, these advisors will be
asked to serve on a formal Board of Advisors. These informal advisors
include patent and corporate counsel, and senior level experience in
engineering (mechanical and aeronautical design) and banking. Additional
in-kind contributions have been made by a host of individuals contributing
their talents in graphics, web design, model building and logistics support.
